I find myself today at a loss for words. A video posted by a graduate of Rockford swept me off my feet. I think I may have watched it 6 or 7 times… A video about loss and dealing with the ups and downs of life… From a community who has experienced so much loss in the past few years. It’s nice to know in a high school of 3000, we still manage to take care of each other… I posted it on my facebook and the feedback it is receiving is breathtaking. Who would have guessed something so small as a video from someone I don’t know could knock the wind out of me, but that’s how it should be. Thank you to the guy who gave a lot of people hope, and as he said, RIP to all of the fallen classmates of RHS. You have each impacted me more than you know.
